We will use D&W in the future, highly recommend this business to everyone.

Steve, the service guy, did a fantastic, thorough job in explaining everything he did, was very professional, and didn't mind that we watched the whole time asking questions. Price was very reasonable for an AC tuneup (special on Angie's List) and we would definitely call this company again and specifically ask for Steve.

I called them because the technician for Florida Power and Light blew the capacitor on the 5 year old AC unit when he changed the smart meter to an analog meter.The tenant in the home immediately noticed the AC was not working and this company responded promptly.They identified the problem and fixed it without any extensive charges.They were honest and forthcoming and if I ever have need for that type of related service again, I will not hesitate to call them.

I just had D & W Heating and Air upgrade my entire HVAC system. The installers (Will & John) were prompt, courteous and professional with the entire installation. They went out of there way to make sure I as the home owner was happy with all the decisions surrounding the installation from where to install the thermostat to dealing with an unforeseen issue concerning the outside service disconnect which was promptly dealt with by calling in a licensed Electrician. Can't express enough positives about dealing with this company!

Speaking on behalf of my mom, we want to commend Dallas and his company for going above and beyond to assist mom in making a major, financial decision of replacing an AC unit, less intimidating. Unfortunately, she had signed an agreement with a competitor under duress and pressure. After receiving professional advice, she canceled the appointment, contacted D & W and scheduled for a quote. There is a huge variation in the quality of Trane products verses other unsuperior products. What a difference integrity and honesty makes!
